I bought my last car from H&A almost 6 years (2017) and 100,000 miles ago, the buying experience was then first class and the car has obviously been fantastic. So, just replaced it with another one from H&A a weeks ago (Dec 2023) with another great car from H&A. The chaps here are fantastic, and although we all know its a struggle to make a second hand car 'as new', they obviously take care in the vehicles they have in stock. They have been on both occasions as helpful as they possibly could be to sell the cars at their VERY best. Always my first choice dealers, I haven't EVER had service like it from a car dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND H & A strongly believe in good old fashion values, such as a friendly, honest and professional service. I travelled 240 miles to view a lovely Lexus IS250, which had low mileage and a perfect history, and all this at a good price. Unfortunately it had worn disc’s and pad’s front and back, which couldn’t be fixed on the day as it was.a Sunday, so I went home and they fitted new brakes and had a new MOT done. They then delivered to my front door the next day, FOC, with only the sale price to pay, minus a good part exchange on my old car. I was also kept updated throughout on it’s progress!
