I recently bought a 2016 Mini from H&A Car Sales and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I first drove over 200 miles to view the car, and it was absolutely worth the trip. After placing a deposit, the team went above and beyond — they carried out a full service, MOT, replaced a tyre I had concerns about, and even fitted brand new brake discs and pads all around. This wasn’t requested, but done out of courtesy and consideration for the long journeys I was making. That level of care really stood out.The owner was absolutely lovely — very reassuring, not pushy in the slightest, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the car before going ahead. They even gave us local food recommendations after the viewing, which was such a thoughtful touch!Overall, H&A were incredibly accommodating and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again!

H&A are a relaxed and helpful organisation. They are helpful and allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision. They are flexible and go out of their way to facilitate customer requirements. It was a refreshing experience to do business with them.

I cannot praise this company enough, following the recent purchase of our car from them. Due to the distance between us and their premises the entire proceedure was completed remotely.The services provided were quick and efficient, delivery and p/x as part of this.Staff were always friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. I enquired about a car from H&A that I was quite interested in. Received a rude and blunt reply. Definitely dodged a bullet buying a vehicle from here. If they’re going to treat potential customers this way BEFORE they have had your money, imagine how they would treat you AFTER they’ve took your money, if anything were to go wrong with the vehicle. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Avoid. I was told the car is in spot on condition.. When I mentioned that the car would be inspected mechanically upon delivery (gearbox leak) I was told that the car is not for me as I should have buy a new car!!

I can honestly say that the owner sources amazing cars for the cash. He is a genuinely honest man with a heart of goodness. The cars are well prepared and for the age are sourced in amazing condition. This is the second car I’ve bought.

Fantastic experience. Saw the car on autotrader, incredibly well priced, well photographed and presented and as described. Small job required after purchase which was rectified by the owner immediately. Cars are complicated things, they can be fixed. The customer service was truly excellent. I live 200miles away and the car was delivered to me after a courtesy service and the job rectified.
