I can honestly say that the owner sources amazing cars for the cash. He is a genuinely honest man with a heart of goodness. The cars are well prepared and for the age are sourced in amazing condition. This is the second car I’ve bought.

Fantastic experience. Saw the car on autotrader, incredibly well priced, well photographed and presented and as described. Small job required after purchase which was rectified by the owner immediately. Cars are complicated things, they can be fixed. The customer service was truly excellent. I live 200miles away and the car was delivered to me after a courtesy service and the job rectified.

Made contact about a car they had for sale. Not local so they asked for part-ex photos and details and could value from distance. Couple of message exchanges and valuation agreed. They also agreed to do a couple of advisories from the last MOT and get a new MOT sorted, which they did that same afternoon. Re-mot’d the following morning and collected that afternoon (fully valeted!!). All done and dusted in 36hrs. Car is a belter and service from H&A was fantastic. Thanks again 😊

I bought my car at the end of March 2023. As of today (24th November 2023) I have just had to pay for a new clutch (£500). I was told that the engine in my car was replacement that had been fitted very poorly and was missing a load of bolts and that I probably need a new timing belt fitted which will be in the range of another £600. The AC also doesnt work and neither does the heated front windscreen. Considering I had to get finance on this car which I have to pay for another two years and the cost I am now expecting to incur I would not recommend these sellers at all. And if you are considering a car they are selling then make sure you get a mechanic to give a thorough check over/

Sorry to hear the clutch had to be replaced, unfortunately this can happen due to the age of the car and general wear and tear, some parts will need to be replaced as you use and drive the car. RE: engine we have not fitted the engine on your car so I can’t comment on this. A/c and heated screen, this was working fine when we sold you the car. If it was not working when the car was sold we would have this fixed for you if you found it not working when you purchased the car from us. Bought a car in Feb this year. The guy said that he would service it and change oil and filters before I picked it up. By July the dash light had come on to say, service and oil change was needed. Called the office number and spoke to a guy to ask why the dash info had come on if it had been done in Feb. He said it 100% had been done but said he could not tell me what garage this had been done at as he couldn't remember. I said if I could check with the garage I wouldn't need to have it done again. He just kept saying believe me it's been done but I can't tell you where. I said I wasn't satisfied and would come down in person. He then hung up!! Dishonest and shady! I had the car serviced the next day and the mechanic told me that this had not been done this year! Lies ! DO NOT USE

excellent service. After buying a car from them, which was in very good condition it became apparent shortly after it had a head gasket issue (this was actually very difficult to diagnose and the garage would not have noticed it prior to selling the car) H & A covered the full cost of repair at a 3rd party garage. Throughout they have been very cooperative and had very good communication with myself and the garage carrying out the work. Would really recommend them. Good honest service.

Bought my first car from here a little black Mazda, took it to an independent garage for a full service to have it checked over and perfect everything was as they said it was, nice honest people, will definitely recommend. Thank you so much guys :)
