The experience was really good from start to finish, we were in the area and had gone to look at a different vehicle which wasn’t as advertised, seen another vehicle here and turned up to view it and have a test drive. They were very relaxed, not pushy at all and had all the answers to the information we were requesting. Cars on site were immaculate and we brought the car and collected within a couple of days! Adam was great and customer service was above and beyond!

Every one was so friendly and helpful i was approached by who i now know as Adam. can i help you sir. informed him of the car i was interested in and with in minutes i had the key for it. then he disappeared had a good look around it no one bothered me took my time when i was happy with the car which i mite say was exceptional i then had to find someone. to cut a long story short was service fantastic asked if they could deliver the car answer was yes. Did all the paperwork and now the car is parked on my drive. 5 hrs later. can highly recommend these guys. such a stress free experience. again thank you to everyone involved

Great people – friendly, professional, and very understanding. During a recent MOT, the tyres and a ball joint were flagged as issues. I mentioned this to them, and despite my tight work schedule, they arranged to have everything replaced within a single day.. They also went above and beyond by cleaning up scratches on the rims and fitting new brake pads and discs at no extra cost. On top of this, I noticed a chip in one tyre when I went to collect the car, even though it hadn’t been mentioned on the MOT. After I raised it, they immediately arranged a meeting for the following week to have that replaced aswell If you’re unsure about anything, just ask – they’ll do everything they can to accommodate you. They were really helpful, allowing me plenty of time to look around the car. They were happy for me to test-drive and later helped me find the VIN number as I wasn't sure where it was. When I had a sensor glitch on the way home and had to leave a voice mail out of hours, they phone me back quickly the next day and the problem was quickly solved. I now have a great little car.

I paid a deposit and they held the car for 3 weeks for me, when I eventually picked it up they were helpfull and honest, the car was exactly as described, when I got home (a 250mile) drive I told them the aircon wasn’t very good, by return they sent me the cost of having re-gassed.
