Called to enquire about a vehicle with "part service history". Basically I wanted to know what history they do have, and has it been serviced recently. The only answer they would give is "its part service history". I said "so has it been serviced recently", and they said "it has part service history". So I asked if the history they have on the vehicle is recent, or early in its life, or how much is missing? They said "I'm driving at the moment but it's part service history".I asked if I should call back when he's not driving, and the response I got was "I don't know what you don't understand about part service history, it's not full, only part"!Useless! Avoid these jokers!!

As far as we know at the time we we’re still awaiting to receive the services documentation for the car from the previous owner and all the information we had received at the time is that the car only had part - partial service history. That is all the information available to us at the time. However we have now received all the paperwork for the part services history documents from the previous owner and can share this with you via email please contact us anytime you like and we will be more than happy to provide you with any information that you require. I bought an automatic Ford Fiesta from them , after owning it for a few weeks I began to find an issue with the gears not wanting to change smoothly . I contacted them and they offered to have their mechanic check it over - they told me that nothing was found . I continued to find the same issue and was told I was welcome to seek a second opinion - which I did at my trusted local garage who confirmed that it was most likely the clutch pack needing to be replaced as is very common on this age automatic fiesta. I was asked to get this in writing and that they would see what they could do - in the process of this, the problem worsened and the car became un drivable. They then organised for the car to be picked up and taken to a transmission specialist in Leeds.I was given the number of the garage so that I could stay in contact with them directly - initially they said that there was barely anything noticeable and that I would need to contact H and A for an update on whether they agreed to the work being done .This was agreed and they gave me a time frame of two weeks .The clutch pack was replaced at their cost and now drives very smoothly .

These guys have been fantastic, have had a problem with the car nothing major but they have got me booked in straight away, fixed the problem and checked over the car. So lovely and polite! 10/10

Advertises vehicles as one previous owner, good service history, only for there to have been numerous owners with zero history. Takes cars in and resells without any care or inspection. Trust your gut and DO NOT BUY

I have recently brought a Mercedes A180 from H&A Car Sales which was in great condition for a second hand car. We also arrived with no appointment as we thought we will be buying a car from a different delearship that let us down, however H&A were very understanding that we lived far away and that we could only have a look at the car that day. After taking it home it did have a slight problem with two injectors, however this was covered by the warranty with H&A which was dealt with very quickly and smoothly. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend to someone thinking to buy a car.

Bought a VW Polo recently and had a great experience. There was a small brake issue, but it was sorted quickly without any hassle as soon as I informed them. The car also passed its MOT with no advisories. Honest and reliable service — highly recommend!

I am really pleased with the service and overall experience received from H & A Car Sales when part exchanging my car.
