Amazing! I bought a BMW X1 2017 from them just today! Allways active on answering questions. And sort out little things the car had straight away. Full serviced and 12 months MOT. And got the car delivered for free on my door even tho it wasn't supposed to be free. They look after customers and i would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great experience. Had a test drive. Passenger Door lock wasn’t working as it should. Fixed that day. Customer service excellent, nothing too much trouble, car delivered on time as promised.

Bought a car just over a month ago. Advertised as coming with 12 months MoT, but then told (after payment had been made) that’s only if bought at book price. This left me with less than a month’s MoT left. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. Then found out that the car had issues that would cause it to fail an MoT; I have rectified this at my own expense and have now got it tested. However, then more drama; chased the DVLA for the logbook because it hasn’t arrived yet, and found out that the green new keepers provided isn’t even up to date.

Hi, Sorry I think you have got us mixed up with the wrong dealership here. All our cars at h&a car sales come with a 12 months mot. Re: green slip if it’s not the latest one then DVLA will be sending you a new one in the post free of charge.

Travelled a long way up to come and view a vehicle with a view to purchase and drive home. As a former mechanic with over 20 years of experiance behind me I was dissapointed to find a few defects with the vehicle making it un road worthy. However, they very kindly agreed to put all the issues right. Can't argue with service like that! They were very welcoming and couldn't do enough. Exactly what you'd expect of a small family business. Looking forward to collecting the vehicle! 5 stars very well deserved!

Travelled to view a car that was listed as having full service history. When arrived was told no paperwork at all. When doing online check about MOT advisory said car had oil leak. Asked about this and said he had no information. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Absolutely brilliant! I saw the car I wanted yesterday, called the guys and they sorted everything out so quick. I drove away today with my shiny Beetle and also did a PX for my older beetle. I’m very sad to see Bertha Beetle go, please take good care of her 🖤

Called to enquire about a vehicle with "part service history". Basically I wanted to know what history they do have, and has it been serviced recently. The only answer they would give is "its part service history". I said "so has it been serviced recently", and they said "it has part service history". So I asked if the history they have on the vehicle is recent, or early in its life, or how much is missing? They said "I'm driving at the moment but it's part service history".I asked if I should call back when he's not driving, and the response I got was "I don't know what you don't understand about part service history, it's not full, only part"!Useless! Avoid these jokers!!

As far as we know at the time we we’re still awaiting to receive the services documentation for the car from the previous owner and all the information we had received at the time is that the car only had part - partial service history. That is all the information available to us at the time.
