Bought a car in Feb this year. The guy said that he would service it and change oil and filters before I picked it up. By July the dash light had come on to say, service and oil change was needed. Called the office number and spoke to a guy to ask why the dash info had come on if it had been done in Feb. He said it 100% had been done but said he could not tell me what garage this had been done at as he couldn't remember. I said if I could check with the garage I wouldn't need to have it done again. He just kept saying believe me it's been done but I can't tell you where. I said I wasn't satisfied and would come down in person. He then hung up!! Dishonest and shady! I had the car serviced the next day and the mechanic told me that this had not been done this year! Lies ! DO NOT USE

When you purchased your car it came with a 12 months mot and a complimentary service you was provided with all the paperwork and invoices for the service that was carried out on your car. The service light on your car may not have been reset at the time and hence why it’s come on after 7 months. Or it may be due a service due to the mileage you have done. excellent service. After buying a car from them, which was in very good condition it became apparent shortly after it had a head gasket issue (this was actually very difficult to diagnose and the garage would not have noticed it prior to selling the car) H & A covered the full cost of repair at a 3rd party garage. Throughout they have been very cooperative and had very good communication with myself and the garage carrying out the work. Would really recommend them. Good honest service.

Bought my first car from here a little black Mazda, took it to an independent garage for a full service to have it checked over and perfect everything was as they said it was, nice honest people, will definitely recommend. Thank you so much guys :)

Very honest garage, I had a £5000 budget which can be a minefield for a second hand car (age of car v mileage v quality v brand…) but H&A had a good range and agreed to 12 month MOT the car and service it (provided the receipt). No pressure sales, good test drive, 3 month warranty and car drives really well. I’m happy 😊. Good blokes👍

Absolutely made up with the service and turn around time it took to deliver the car to my door. All information about the vehicle was accurate and it is mint! The gent that delivered was a happy chappy and made sure I had checked the car over before he left. I also received a follow up call from the garage the day after to make sure everything was good. Really pleased and can highly recommend.

Useless service, drove 100 miles to find the car in a worse condition than described, managed to knock a few £ off for all the scratches and scrapes, took it home and about 3 days later it broke down pouring loads of oil onto the road! They took the car and ignored me for a week until i got my partner to call, they shouted at her for calling when it wasnt about her… i finally got the car back after about 2 weeks! Took it for its mot today and it has advisories on an oil leak… USELESS

Can only describe this transaction as seamless. Called and booked a viewing. Upon arriving for the viewing was handed the keys without bother or the usual sales pitch. I took time to look all over the car and once happy with the condition as advertised took the car for a drive without any pressure. Car was advertised and drove as advertised. Agreed a sale price and car was delivered the next day. Thank you

Excellent experience. Travelled from London to collect the car followed by a 450 mile trip home to Northern Ireland. The car was exactly as described and is perfect. It was spotlessly prepared and despite being a 2010 year car, was prepped to look like new. I’d happily recommend H&A to anyone for good value good condition used cars.
